As the CEO of Arimation Robotics, Ari is a visionary leader with a profound commitment to leveraging automation for the advancement of human health and quality of life. His extensive experience, spanning over two decades in custom machine automation, is evident in his ability to spearhead a world-class team of engineers and innovators to design cutting-edge, advanced custom automation solutions.
Having begun his career as a Software and Controls Engineer at esteemed companies like Boston Scientific, Aspect Automation (now Ascential) and PERBIX (now Tesla), Ari honed his skills while mentoring junior engineers, thereby laying the foundation for his future endeavors. His decision to found Arimation LLC dba Arimation Robotics reflects not only his entrepreneurial spirit but also his unwavering dedication to fostering an organization centered around people and human health.
Ari’s personal philosophy of ‘no limits’ epitomizes his belief in the power of collaboration and innovation to tackle seemingly insurmountable challenges. Under his leadership, Arimation Robotics continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible in automation, striving to create solutions that positively impact lives worldwide.

As the VP of Operations, Ryan Loukusa brings a solid mechanical engineering background to this role. He collaborates closely with sales, engineering, and manufacturing departments to develop processes and strategic plans that deliver to customers' expectations.
Ryan’s leadership extends to fostering a work culture centered around employee well-being and satisfaction. He prioritizes putting employees first and creating an environment where people feel valued and supported. This enables Arimation Robotics to cultivate a team of passionate professionals who consistently deliver exceptional work.
In his role, Ryan focuses on strategic decision making and leadership. Additionally, his creative and innovative approach is instrumental in the Application Engineering area. Ryan is co-founder of Arimation Robotics and serves as secretary on the board.

As the Controls Engineering Manager, Ananta Upadhyaya brings extensive expertise in designing and implementing cutting-edge custom automation solutions. With a strong background in controls architecture and a comprehensive technical skill set, Ananta has a proven track record of developing custom machines that not only meet project requirements but also exceed customer expectations. His proficiency spans across various software platforms and artificial intelligence (AI) driven vision solutions. In addition to his technical expertise, Ananta excels in interpersonal skills, enabling him to cultivate and lead a team of automation experts.
Beyond his role as a leader, Ananta is co-founder of Arimation Robotics, serves on the board, oversees the Project Management team and actively contributes to shaping operational strategy.
